In partnership with F.A. Wilhelm, Pier Foundations provided aggregate pier ground improvement for a new parking structure in downtown South Bend. Our crew installed a stone column system to stabilize the underlying soils and carry the loads of the multi-level garage. Working on a tight urban site, the team coordinated around existing utilities and site constraints to deliver dependable foundation support and keep the project moving.
