Working alongside Briner Building, Pier Foundations provided deep foundation solutions for a 50,000 square foot expansion at Almco’s existing steel plant. Aggregate piers were selected to support the significant weight of structural steel and heavy manufacturing equipment. Despite the late addition of deep foundations to the schedule and a tight timeline, our team mobilized quickly on short notice and delivered efficiently, keeping the project on schedule.
